On May 16, investigators with the Garland County Sheriff’s Department retrieved the body of Charles Ewing, 56, from a vehicle submerged in Lake Hamilton. Workers painting a nearby hotel noticed the Cadillac approximately 100 feet from the shore and called law enforcement officials.
