WHEREAS, on June 22, 2007, Walter F. Gray, Jr., and Reni M. Gray (Hudspeth) executed a Deed of Trust for the use and benefit of First Security Bank, to secure an indebtedness therein referred to and conveyed to said Trustee the land therein described and hereafter described, as shown by said Deed of Trust recorded in Deed of Trust  in Book 214, at page 345, of the land records in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tunica County, Mississippi;

WHEREAS, default has been made in the covenants contained in said Deed of Trust and the entire indebtedness secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable, in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said indebtedness having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust;
