Local tapped as president

Scott Hotchkiss McClintock of Tunica has recently been elected President of the Student Body of Washington and Lee University for 2011-2012. He is the son of Murry and Kirk McClintock of Tunica.
He is a junior politics major and currently serves as Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Student Body. The Executive Committee is the completely student run government which not only oversees all student activities of the university but also administers the University’s Honor System, arguably the most distinguishing characteristic of Washington and Lee.
