Mr. and Mrs. Michael Dennis Rogers of Biloxi, Mississippi, announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Leigh, to Jon Koehler Bibb, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ulrich Owen Bibb III of Tunica, Miss.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Lt. Col. and Mrs. Fred E. Fayard, Junior, formerly of Gulfport, Miss., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Costantino, formerly of Buffalo, New York.
