On the 13th day of May, 2011, Letters of Administration have been issued by the Chancery Court of Tunica County, Mississippi in Cause No.: GN-2011-23 to the undersigned Cedric P. Winters, Administrator C.T.A. of the Estate of Willie G. Winters, Deceased, and notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to have the same probated and registered by the Clerk of said Court within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice, and that a failure to probate and register for ninety (90) days will bar the claims.
