Cookin with The Columns: Relish the summertime
Charles loves onions. You will notice that I did not say “we” love onions, because they are definitely not my favorite, especially raw. But when I saw this recipe in the Tennessee Farm Bureau magazine, I knew he would love it.
We still have some of our insurance with the Tennessee Farm Bureau, and they have a really nice magazine that we receive every other month--good articles and good recipes.
Charles tried this one out on Saturday and really likes it. I think it will keep in the refrigerator for a week or two (if it lasts that long).
