CCC earns national accreditation
The national accreditation of Coahoma Community College’s Polysomnography (sleep technology) Program is an historic first in Mississippi and the Mid-South, according to Dr. Martha Catlette, vice president of health science.
“National accreditation is essential for our associate degree program, because it means we are compliant with the standards and guidelines established to ensure that a program operates with quality and integrity,” explains Catlette.“Graduates must complete a nationally accredited program to be eligible to take the registry exam to practice as a registered sleep technician.”
