“The boys will have to be mentally prepared and ready to take on a tough Green Waves team, “  Blue Devils Head Coach Jimmy Hicks said as the team readied to meet North Delta at home on Friday. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
The Green Waves are a AA school ranked in the top five in their class.  
Last week, the Tunica Academy Blue Devils took on the Strayhorn Mustangs in the first ever county line Classic. History was made as the clash was the first time that Tunica Academy has ever played a public school. Numerous Blue Devil and Mustang fans turned out to witness the rumble.
