Schulz partners with NWCC for training
Area residents looking to gain the basic manufacturing skills needed to be considered for employment at emerging area industries are looking to Workforce Development at Northwest Mississippi Community College to provide them the manufacturing basic skills (MBS) certification program they need.
Pipe manufacturer Schulz Xtruded Products LP in Tunica; Soladigm, a supplier of next-generation green building solutions in Olive Branch; and Twin Creeks Technologies, a Silicon Valley-based manufacturer of crystalline silicon solar panels in Senatobia, have agreed to give additional consideration to job applicants who successfully complete the program.
