It’s the time of the year that I start thinking of cool things to eat because the weather has been so hot this past week or so.  This is a good salad to make and keep in the refrigerator to be a refreshing lunch item or good to go with dinner as well.
I’m not a huge fan of jello by itself but this one has so much good stuff in it that I really like it.
