The 81st Training Wing of Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, MS awards winners in Financial Management and Comptroller fields. Ten out of 230 unit individuals were recognized for being the best all-around soldiers by having the highest academic percentile of a minimum 95 percent, a strong physical fitness test score, and bearing good conduct. The individual with the highest percentile of the ten individuals was personally coined by a 2-Star Installation Excellence Award Chief at 335th Training Squadron.
