The Tunica County Soil and Water Conservation District, a member of the Mississippi Association of Conservation Districts, announces its annual call for applications for four scholarships to  be awarded in January 2013.  First place: $5,000.  Second place: $4,000.  Third place: $3,000.  Fourth place: $2,000.   These scholarship awards are open to any college sophomore, junior or senior enrolled in a college in the state of Mississippi.
