Command changes for JROTC unit

Rosa Fort’s Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps conducted a change of command ceremony on April 12 at the school.
Cadet Captain Jamel Hall assumed command of RFHS AFJROTC from former unit commander, Cadet Major Nekeya Washington.
Cadet Hall is a senior and in her fourth year of JROTC. Her freshman year of JROTC was in the Army program at Fairley High School in Memphis.
