When I look through the cookbooks that I have from churches we previously attended, it reminds me of some of the wonderful ladies who were such good cooks when we went there and had potluck dinners.  This recipe is from a sweet little lady who is probably cooking in heaven now, if they need cooks up there.  Charles would really like this salad because he loves vinegar-y salads.  Maybe I will remember to make it for him this week.
