Adults encouraged to get in on Summer Library Program
The Mississippi Library Commission announces the start of the Adult Summer Library Program. This year’s theme, “Between the Covers,” has a two-part format and began Friday, June 1, 2012. One format is the traditional Adult Summer Program with adults participating in reading programs at the library. The second is an Early Literacy Program in which adults assist in introducing literacy skills to pre-school age children from birth to age five through books and activities.
