Jackson to champion environmental issues
Senator Robert L. Jackson-Democrat, ( District 11) was appointed by Lt. Governor Tate Reeves to serve on the National Conference of State Legislatures’ Environment Standing Committee. Senator Jackson of Marks has served since 2004 and looks forward to lending his talents to addressing environmental issues and concerns confronting legislative bodies across the country.
The National Conference of State Legislatures is a bipartisan organization that serves the legislators and staffs of the nation’s 50 states, its commonwealths and territories. NCSL provides research, technical assistance and opportunities for policymakers to exchange ideas on the most pressing state issues.
