In the summertime, I am always looking for recipes that are “top of the stove” so the oven doesn’t heat up the kitchen. 
This is a quick and easy stovetop recipe that is filling and delicious but maybe won’t heat up your kitchen too much.  You can make a green salad while it is cooking, add some bread, and supper is done!
