NWCC library seeks old yearbooks for project
Northwest Mississippi Community College’s R.C. Pugh Library recently received grant funding for a project to digitize all of the college’s yearbooks from 1929-present and make them available for anyone to view on the Internet.
Maggie Moran, director of Learning Resources announced that the college received the funding through the LYRASIS Mass Digitization Collaborative, which is a Sloan Foundation grant subsidized program that makes digitization easy and affordable for libraries and cultural institutions across the country.
