Citizen is watching debate about THS funds

I cannot believe that this wonderful place has to fight for every penny. The wonderful staff are volunteer angels. The people of Tunica County do not take care of their animals for whatever reason. Sandy has to step in and save the day so many times. This is a no-kill shelter, folks. Donations only go so far. With 9 casinos in this county I cannot believe there are any budget cuts for ANY PROGRAM. Makes me wonder where the money is going.
