Maybe Nancy Pelosi and other members of Congress didn’t read the Affordable Care Act before it was voted on, but at least one Tunica Countian has read it.
Local attorney Wes Ryals recently outlined key provisions of President Obama’s signature legislation and the effects we might all feel as important parts of the law begin to be enacted.
For example, Ryals told Tunica Rotary members late last month, the mandate for every American to buy health insurance kicks in in 2014.
