Rangers earn road win at Delta

MOORHEAD – Freshman D’Montrise Swinney had a career night in hauling in six passes for 113 yards and two touchdowns and 4th-ranked Northwest scored 34 unanswered points after a slow start to pick up a 41-13 road win over Mississippi Delta Thursday night at Jim Randall Stadium.
Northwest pushed its win streak out to eight games in improving to 5-0 overall and 4-0 in the north division. Delta dropped to 0-6 overall and 0-4 in league play.
