As a child, Gloria Hailey spent a lot of time in the family kitchen, watching and helping when possible to create meals and dishes she learned along the way.
Today, Hailey uses her love for cooking to create dishes for her guests at The Columns Bed & Breakfast, which she runs, along with her husband Charles. And, she attributes that passion to her years of sharing time in the kitchen with the women in her life.
“I can’t ever remember not cooking with my mother,” said Hailey. “She always loved to be in the kitchen.
