Brownies are one of those staples that you can throw together at the last minute when you need a dessert for something.  Just a box of mix, a couple of eggs, a little oil and water, and you are good to go.  Any teenager can make them.  And if you really want to make them fancy, put a scoop of ice cream on the top. This recipe for brownies takes just a little bit more time and effort but they are really good.  A little ice cream on top makes them extra special too!
