CCC luncheon honors area officials
Top officials of Clarksdale, Coahoma County, and the Chamber of Commerce were honored recently and updated on the progress of Coahoma Community College at CCC’s annual Chamber luncheon in The Gallery. Welcoming guests with appreciation for their strong support, Dr. Vivian Presley, CCC president, commented on the season’s true meaning.
A presentation by Dr. Greg Hudson, vice president of student affairs, focused on the status of Mississippi’s 15 community colleges, their financial struggle in tough economic times, and Coahoma’s successful program keeping male students in college through graduation.
