Crystal Ball XIII provided the perfect opportunity to honor the 2012  Woman of the Year, Reverend Evelyn Hubbard, of Tunica.  
The Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi’s annual gala recognized her as a volunteer community leader and liaison known as ‘the voice’ for her character, passion and dedication to service.  Her talents assist in providing singing and preaching to encourage residents at the Tunica County Nursing Home and the inmates at the jail.
