Meg got a new cookbook this week from Weight Watchers. This sounds so delicious, I may try it for dinner tonight. Even those of you who are not on a diet will enjoy this one, I think. It sounds so quick and easy to make, showing 10 minutes of prep time and 15 minutes of cook time. It’s a quick and easy dinner to make after work.
