Crime Victims have a voice
Mary K. Spencer, Victims’ Advocate, Survival, Inc., and Octavia Hall of R.C. Irwin Public Library showcase the Crime Victims display at the library. Paper butterflies that the public may use to honor victims of violent crime are provided to add to the display. National Crime Victims’ Rights Week is April 21-27.
