Cookin with The Columns: A Southern Tradition
We were talking about grits at the Mother’s Day breakfast at First Baptist this past Sunday. Charles and I really don’t like grits, but most people seem to think that everyone in the south eats grits. So a friend told me to try a cheese grits souffle and maybe I would like it but I haven’t tried it yet. If you love grits, let me know how you like this recipe and possibly I might serve it to our guests.
