Honduran mission seeks local support
Tunica Presbyterian Church pastor Paul Husband has been going to Honduras at least one time each year since 2007, accompanying dentist Dr. Andy Garrett of Batesville on a medical mission that draws hundreds in Latin America’s second poorest nation.
Now, that mission has expanded into a permanent center high in the Honduran mountains. Husband and Lifepoint Church’s Marcus Van Every plan a trip next month to Itibuca’ in the isolated northwest part of the country, where they will plant an interdenominational church.
