The county Board of Supervisors recently engaged the services of a financial consulting company to find budget savings, as county expenditures continue to outpace revenues in Fiscal Year 2014.
In a proposal to the Board on January 15, Larry Day of Malachi Financial Products of Jackson and Atlanta proposed to undertake a review, in exchange for half of the savings he is able to find for Tunica County in various current contracts and service agreements.
