CCC cheerleader tryouts are May 1-2
Coahoma Community College is excited to begin a campaign aimed at bolstering its Cheerleading program beginning this year, with scholarships available for young men and women looking to help the college promote its Athletic Program and the fundamental ideals of Tiger Nation.
The college has hired a new cheerleading coach, and has high expectations for her as she enters her first season.
“I was so excited when I was approached with this opportunity,” said new Coach Felicia Johnson, who is a former CCC Cheerleader and graduate in the class of 1989. “I had so much fun as a Tiger cheerleader when I attended Coahoma, I never wanted to leave the campus.
