Blue Devils seek to even record on road

A very physical game against AA opponent North Delta has the Blue Devil varsity still looking for a win this season, going into this week’s contest at Lee Academy of Marianna, AR. Tunica Academy fell 46-24 to the Green Wave.
A series of small mistakes and just plain bad luck for the Blue led to a 26-8 halftime lead for North Delta. The Blue got on the scoreboard late in the second quarter, marching 56 yards in six plays for the TD, a 23-yard run by Freeman Gray. Quarterback Brandon Holmes found Tyler Billingsley for the 2-point conversion.
