Attention, Citizens of Tunica
It is raining, grass is growing and lawns need to be cut and kept cleaned. These dangerous animals (snakes) are everywhere. Your surroundings and environment need to be kept cut and cleaned to prevent such from happening.
Every week I receive calls pertaining to snakes seen on their property or the property next door. Several have been killed and I understand that they were large. Old empty cans, bottles and drainage ditches need to be kept cleaned to prevent snakes from getting into them for not only to harm you, but your children playing in the yard where such existing dwells.
This is an important request for as long as the rain falls the grass will grow and the snakes are going to crawl. They will settle or hibernate wherever they find a suitable place to do so. Old automobile tires are also included as well as dilapidated buildings that need to be demolished. Automobiles parked on lots out of service are nice places for these snakes to hide also.
