Yesterday I was in the mood for a coconut cream pie.  So I looked through several cookbooks until I found one that sounded good.  
As usual, I looked through all of my “church” cookbooks first.  That’s the ones that are put together by someone’s church, either a ladies group or the music ministry or whatever.  This recipe came from my best friend Carol’s church.  When she sent it to me for Christmas in 2001, her husband was the minister of music at Manley Baptist Church in Morristown, Tennessee.  The cookbook was put together by the women’s ministry of their church.
