Northwest implements changes
Northwest President Dr. Gary Lee Spears announced the restructuring of the Educational Affairs administration with the start of a new school year.
Dr. Chuck Strong, vice president of Educational Affairs, will assume direct responsibility of academic programs following the retirement of Dr. Marilyn Bateman, former Academic dean.
Assisting Dr. Strong will be Dr. Matthew Domas, who served as the director of Institutional Research and Planning. Domas’ new title is associate vice president of Educational Affairs. Carolyn Warren will serve as the new director of Institutional Research and Planning. Dr. Domas will continue to carry out a number of research and planning functions, particularly those related to education.
