Soldier served country with quiet respect

Some knew him as William. Others called him Brandon, but all agree that no matter how you knew him, Army Private Second Class William Brandon Dawson of Tunica was someone you wouldn’t forget.
On Friday, Sept. 24, his family and friends received word that Dawson had been killed in action in Kabul in Afghanistan. He was 20.
