WHEREAS, Harvey K. Ashe served the citizens of Tunica County in numerous public and private capacities for his entire life including serving as a member of the Board of Commissioners for the Diamond Lakes Utilities and Improvements District since its creation in November, 1995; and
WHEREAS, Harvey K. Ashe, throughout his service to the community, displayed the highest degree of professionalism and demonstrated the highest degree of integrity; and
