Staff Sergeant Charles Hale of Robinsonville, Miss. graduated on May 14, 2010 from the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy Battle Staff Noncommissioned Officer Course VTT.  Hale was among a class of 16, who served in Kuwait. Command Sergeant Major Commandant Raymond F. Chandler congratulated all of the graduates “on completing a challenging and rewarding course.”
