Cookin with The Columns: Colors of the rainbow
The holidays are fast approaching and I am always looking for new recipes to try for special occasions.
Rae Cox gave me this recipe last week. It sounds like the perfect thing for Thanksgiving or Christmas. The colors would be perfect for Christmas, but Jello is also a good thing for either holiday because you can make it a couple of days in advance and it will still be a good addition on the day of your holiday meal.
All the fruit flavors sound delicious together, and it would be “kid friendly” too because kids don’t always like those holiday casseroles that the adults always love.
