Soho Bistro dazzles diners
Owners Roy Douglass and Anthony Holland and chef Julius Johnson of Memphis, TN have recently opened a new restaurant on Hwy. 61 North in Tunica, the Soho Bistro.
In the restaurant business for over eighteen years, Johnson says he wanted to locate a restaurant in Tunica because the people deserved a place where they could enjoy a good meal at a fair price.
Johnson says he learned to cook while he was growing up and from chefs taking him under their wing and mentoring him. He mentions with pride that everything is prepared fresh, by him, right when it is ordered, and that nothing is pre-prepared.
