Harriet Miller Bachman Rutledge, 98, of Moss Point, MS was called home to the Lord on Monday, December 06, 2010 in Ocean Springs.
Mrs. Rutledge was born in Winona, MS, June 25, 1912 to David See and Mary Martin Diggs Bachman. She married Leo Humphreys Rutledge “Sweet” on December 25, 1935. They resided in Crenshaw, MS where they raised their family of three children, two daughters and a son. She belonged to Crenshaw Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school, led Bible studies, played the piano and organ and directed the choir. She taught school in Crenshaw, Sledge and Tunica.
