NOTICE OF  SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, Louis Eskridge and wife, Mandy Eskridge, executed a Deed of Trust to Thomas A. Whitehead as Trustee for the use and benefit of the Farmers Home Administration, a division of the United States Department of Agriculture on November 20, 1973, recorded in Land Mortgage Book 87, at page 162; and further Louis Eskridge and wife, Mandy Eskridge, executed a Deed of Trust to Thomas A. Whitehead as Trustee for the use and benefit of the Farmers Home Administration, a division of the United States Department of Agriculture on April 17, 1980, recorded in Land Mortgage Book 101, at page 318; and further Louis Eskridge, a widower, executed a Deed of Trust to Carolyn O. Chapuis as Trustee for the use and benefit of the Farmers Home Administration, a division of the United States Department of Agriculture on August 2, 1989, recorded in Land Mortgage Book 122, at page 130; which all are recorded in the Chancery Court Clerk’s office of Tunica County, Mississippi;
And for a valuable consideration, all of the above stated deeds of trust were assigned by Rural Development, formerly Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, to First Security Bank, a Mississippi banking corporation, Tunica, Mississippi, branch, said assignment having been filed for record March 2, 2010, and recorded in Land Mortgage Book 231, page 404 of the land records of the Chancery Court Clerk of Tunica County, Mississippi;
