Pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated Section 27-105-353 (1972), the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the Town of Tunica, County of Tunica, State of Mississippi, will receive bids from all banks of the municipality until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 16th day of February 2011 to become the municipal depository for the Town of Tunica, County of Tunica, State of Mississippi for a two-year period as provided under Mississippi Code Annotated Section 27-105-363 (1972) for all municipal funds and subdivisions thereof and funds of the municipal tax collected or any part of said funds.
