South, Attorney at law, South & Associates, Trustee for Urban Financial Group, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tunica County, Mississippi in Book 221 at Page 328; and

WHEREAS, on the 20th day of January, 2011, Urban Financial Group, assigned said Deed of Trust unto Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 236 at Page 330; and
