Oh my goodness!  Have you tried the new ice cream from Edy’s that has Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies in it?  It is SO good--a combination of two favorites, ice cream and Girl Scout cookies.  If you like mint chocolate chip ice cream you will love this.  So far as I know, they don’t have it at “the Pig” so you will have to look elsewhere.  I think they have other cookie flavors too but this is the only one I have tried.  My other favorite ice cream of late is Blue Bell’s Homemade Vanilla.
