SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on February 6, 2007, Jeffrey Rowell, an unmarried man, executed a certain deed of trust to Title Assurance & Escrow Inc., Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tunica County, State of Mississippi in Book 211 at Page 284; and

WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned to US Bank N.A. as Trustee, for the Registered Holders of CSMC Asset-Backed Trust 2007-NC1 OSI, CSMC Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-NC1 OSI by instrument dated November 17, 2008 and recorded in Book 224 at Page 35 of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk’s office; and
