Area man indicted
A Sarah, Miss. man faces federal charges of soliciting a minor “to engage in illicit sexual behavior,” according to U.S. Department of Justice.
Bruce Neil Lannet, 26, has been indicted following allegations that he used internet messaging to violate Title 18, United States Code, Section 2422b. The law imposed federal implications on using specific mediums to approach minors for sexual purposes. The penalty is a minimum of 10 years in prison with a maximum of life in prison.
