WHEREAS, on October 4, 2004, Jennifer T. Williams, joined by spouse Maurice Williams, executed a certain deed of trust to TransUnion Settlement Solutions, Inc., Trustee for the benefit of MidFirst Bank which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tunica County, State of Mississippi in Book 191 at Page 609; and
WHEREAS, MidFirst Bank has heretofore substituted J. Gary Massey as Trustee by instrument dated February 28, 2011 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk’s Office in Book 236 at Page 634; and
