April Fools! Since this paper is being published on April 1, I thought this would be the perfect recipe to give you. Believe me, it’s not really an April Fools Day joke--I’ve never made it but I have eaten it and it’s really good. I got the recipe from a friend and I trust her recipes. Just don’t tell your family what’s in it until after they have eaten it--that’s the joke, to tell someone afterwards that it is made with sauerkraut! Good luck with a good surprise!
