Rachel Earnheart, an Elementary Education major at Belhaven University, was recently selected to receive a $500 scholarship from the Mississippi Professional Educators (MPE).   
In addition to the scholarship, Earnheart also received a complimentary membership to MPE for her first year of teaching.  Rachel is a member of the Belhaven tennis team and cheerleading squad, and she received the David Hallbrook Award for Academic Success among Athletes. She is the daughter of Winston and Pat Earnheart of Tunica and the late Meg Earnheart.
